Personal Training

The Cooley Center Staff is here to provide you with an awesome Personal Training Program. PT is an extra fee, aside from your membership, but is a great way to get motivated and stay on top of your goals. We offer a variety of packages.

If you are someone who needs motivation, fresh ideas or has the desire to reach a particular goal, then personal training is for you. It is completely up to you whether you would like extended training packages or individual sessions. Personal training is also great for the novice exerciser that needs help with form and instruction on how to use equipment and weights properly.

Getting Started

  • You must be a current member of the Cooley Center to participate in personal training.
  • We’ll need to review your health history, eating habits, exercise habits and fitness goals.
  • Based on your desires and goals, we will decide if you’ll benefit from weight training, cardio, or combination of both.
