Functional Strength

Strength and Stability
Improve your balance, core strength, and overall stability with this focused, full-body workout. Using controlled movements, bodyweight exercises, and light resistance, you'll build a strong foundation for better posture, injury prevention, and everyday strength.

Time Under Tension
Time Under Tension is a strength-focused class that emphasizes slow, controlled movements to maximize muscle engagement and build endurance.

Plyo Fusion
Pylo Fusion is a high-energy class that combines plyometrics and strength training for a total-body workout. Expect explosive movements, bodyweight exercises, and power-building circuits designed to boost endurance, agility, and overall athletic performance

Early Morning Pump
Rise and shine with our Early Morning Pump fun! Get energized with a dynamic full body workout. With a mix of strength training, cardio burst, and upbeat tunes, you’ll kickstart your day feeling strong and ready to conquer anything. Let’s pump up the fun and power through together!

Bootcamp
Join us at Boot Camp for the ultimate fitness adventure! Crush your goals with cardio, core work, and strength training. Expect sweat, smiles, and plenty of motivation in our dynamic and supportive atmosphere. Get ready for an empowering workout that leaves you energized and eager for more.

Phenom Power
The wait is over! Introductory weight lifting class with our very own 2x World Record Holder & Fitness Specialist Marissa Wilson. Learn the proper form & technique needed to lift heavier weights and achieve your strength goals.

Phenom Strength Training
This class is designed for those new to lifting and anyone who feels lost when stepping into the gym. We break down the basics of strength training and guide you through how to build a structured, effective workout plan.

Pilates
A mind-body exercise format that concentrates on breathwork, precision, and movement control while working through thoughtfully sequenced exercises on the mat targeting shoulders, chest, back, glutes, obliques and abs.

Early Morning Yoga
A 45-minute vinyasa yoga flow designed to link breath with movement. Expect dynamic sequences that build heat, followed by grounding stretches to leave you feeling strong, centered, and calm. All levels are welcome.

Powerhouse
Unleash your inner strength with Powerhouse, a total-body workout designed to build power, stability, and endurance. This class focuses on explosive compound movements, strength training, and core activation. Powerhouse will push your limits and make you feel unstoppable!

Total Body Tone
A resistance training class that incorporates body weight exercises, dumbbells, and cardio drills to build a strong and lean physique.

TRX Circuit
A full body workout that will mentally challenge you and get your heart rate pumping as you run through a variety of resistance based circuits. Class will blend bodyweight exercises with weighted equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and the TRX.

Street Jazz Vibes
Fun energetic fusion of jazz dance and fitness to build up your endurance and your confidence with warm-up, isolations, and floorwork.

Zumba!
ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.”

Suspension and Stability
This full-body class uses suspension training to build strength, balance, and core stability in a controlled and effective way.
