Start your day strong with a high-energy morning cycle class that blends RPM and BPM-driven training. Every track is intentionally selected to guide your pace, helping you match the rhythm and hit targeted intensity zones without overthinking it.

Cycle Fusion blends high-energy cycling with targeted off-bike strength work for a full-body training experience. Riders move between the bike and floor-based exercises to build cardiovascular endurance, tackle challenging climbs, and strengthen the core and upper body.

Unleash your inner strength with Powerhouse, a total-body workout designed to build power, stability, and endurance. This class focuses on explosive compound movements, strength training, and core activation. Powerhouse will push your limits and make you feel unstoppable!

A resistance training class that incorporates body weight exercises, dumbbells, and cardio drills to build a strong and lean physique.

A full body workout that will mentally challenge you and get your heart rate pumping as you run through a variety of resistance based circuits. Class will blend bodyweight exercises with weighted equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls, and the TRX.

This workout is an open level class ideal for a diverse range of exercisers from novice beginners to experienced enthusiasts using low impact, endurance cardio designed to improve your coordination, keep your body in motion, break a sweat, burn calories, and have lots of fun!
