General manager
I’ve recently moved down to Baltimore from South Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia. I am a former Division 2 soccer player at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I received my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. For the past six years, I’ve been coaching athletes of all ages and sports in speed, agility, and strength. I enjoy delivering a positive training experience that improves the client’s fitness and their overall wellbeing. When I’m not at the gym, I love to raise my Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd puppy named Kona, travel the world, enjoy Irish music concerts, try new cooking/baking recipes, and going down to the Jersey shore.

Since I was young, I have always had a passion for sports and athletics. Being a three-sport athlete in high school consisting of Swimming, playing Soccer and Lacrosse. This is why I majored in Exercise Science at Towson University. My future goals include obtaining my Personal Training certification and a Master’s Degree within my related Exercise field. In my free time I continue swimming, playing soccer, watching as many sports as I can, cooking in the kitchen or at the gym looking to become healthier and always better myself!
