I received my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Montclair State University. For the past six years, I’ve been coaching athletes of all ages and sports in speed, agility, and strength. I enjoy delivering a positive training experience that improves the client’s fitness and their overall wellbeing. When I’m not at the gym, I love to raise my Belgian Malinois/Dutch Shepherd puppy named Kona, travel the world, enjoy Irish music concerts, try new cooking/baking recipes, and going down to the Jersey shore.
